Ryan_88 is a lawyer, statesman, and founding father of the Stratham Constitution. He currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the State Department. As well as being the Chairman of the National Constitution Party.
Prior to working in the legal and political fields, he worked as a Police Officer in the Department of Justice from October 27, 2021 to September 28, 2023. He has also worked in various other Departments such as the Department of State and Department of Health.
Executive Branch
Ryan currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of Stratham serving with Poemhunter, the incumbent Prime Minister. He also serves as Minister of State for Poemhunter and was nominated and confirmed by Parliament on the same day he was inaugurated.
In previous terms, he served as the Minister of Justice, Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Minister of State, and Deputy Minister of Health.
In his position as Minister of Justice, he proposed the Crime Reform Act to Parliament that passed. This bill consolidated all DoJ roleplay crimes into one bill and warrants. It also established the legality of self defense must be proven with video evidence. The bill protected against evading arrest through logging off the game by empowering the Justice Department to jail through means of commands. Lastly, it established asset seizures which were used to pay for criminal fines, and civil court orders.
Council of Ministers
During the period of governance by the Council of Ministers, Ryan was appointed to the position of General Counsel to the Council of Ministers. In this position he provided legal advice and expertise to the Council. In this position, he also legislated the majority of bills for the council and pioneered major constitutional amendments that changed the Judicial Branch.
He also served as the first elected Chairman of the Stratham Bar Association. The organization was empowered with regulating the legal industry and electing Judges. He served in this position concurrently while being General Counsel and resigned from both on the same day.
