Health Secretary

Health secretary's server under the Department of Health and are responsible for looking at doctors' performance within the department and making sure all doctors are maintaining the minimum number of attends and /bcseen. HS will receive 40kr/15minutes. They will also have a minimum number of attends, which is slightly lower than the minimum for doctors.
