The Department of City Relations (DoCR) was a department within the executive branch of the government of Stratham responsible for managing the affairs relating to private cities such as managing mayor shops, keeping contact with and advising mayors and their counsels, enforcing city and town requirement bills, approving expansions, and promoting communication between cities and other departments. The DoCR was established on February 14th, 2021 and was officially disbanded on September 25th, 2021 and replaced with the Department of State.
The Department of City Relations had one government job in its purview called "City Advisors." In the department's original configuration there were 3 City Advisors with each managing 1 city and 1 town.

After extensive cross branch discussion pertaining to the developmental issues of the private cities and towns, the DoCR was proposed in the 21st Parliament by MP stinkycow. The Bill, simply titled "Department of City Relations" passed in a unanimous vote of 9-0-0 on February 12th, 2021. Two days later the DoCR was officially ratified and added to the bills page on the 14th of February. Prime Minister Info nominated stinkycow as the first DoCR minister and the nomination was approved the same day.
