Mechanics

In order to purchase a drill, go to the Government Mall's basement floor, locate the Government Shop, and use the elevator inside it to go down.

Drills allow you to mine a 3 by 3 area with extreme efficiency. Breaking blocks with the drill places the blocks into the drill's inventory, which can be accessed by right-clicking the drill while sitting inside it. As a Miner, you can purchase a drill from the Government Shop, located at the basement floor of the Government Mall.
