Internal Development Minister is the head of the department, mainly deployed on:
- Supervising the department employees and ensuring work is continuous and carried out at high standards
- Supervising Senior employees and handing out tasks to them
- Ensuring construction projects are being worked on and meeting deadlines
- Managing the Animal Shelter and updating animal rights when need be
- Carrying any new legislation in Parliament relating to the department
- Officiating the government at meetings and functions on special occasions
- Authorizing final executive approval and policies in the department
- Attending to paste requests and department reports, as well as facilitating the department as a whole
- Tracking DoID spending and earnings
