	Central Market Mall (CMM) was the most prestigious mall on [[Stratham]] during the entirety of its existence. First opened in June of 2020 by the players [[bbnohoney]], [[Info]], and [[Codes320]]. The building on bc-006 was designed by [[Luxaholic]] and sold at auction on the forums. The final bid on the auction was 100,000 [[Kruna\|krunas]]. Codes320 initially wanted to make the plot a mall but bbnohoney and Info suggested that it be underground. CMM consisted of 5 floors with 6 shops on each floor. Each of these shops was rented out for 1000 krunas per month. CMM was sold to [[Topte]] for 320,000 krunas early in 2021. Topte added stalls on ground level and rent regions for office space inside the building. The land CMM was on was a victim of eminent domain for the [[Queen Street Project]].
